Studio conversion!

When I started this conversion project, I didn't realise how much work was involved! So far, a velux window has been installed to let more light into the room, the walls have been pinned retrospectively to make it safe, all the electrics have been rewired and moved around, and most recently the plumbing has been done! There will be hot water - how exciting! Next on the agenda is insulating the roof. My dad and husband will be installing this.... so it may take some time!!
